What is the min. skills to be able to control these beasties?

I know people can get away with 110/110, not sure how much lower than that you can go.

I am thinking that you can use jewlery.

Jewels work just as well as anything else. I've got one tamer at 110 taming/110 lore and he controls just about as good as my 120 taming/ 120 lore template.

I dropped my 120s to 110s, and made a 10/10/10 jewel for slots, and PvM.

PvP minimum is 110 tame, 110 lore, and 80 vet.

Anything below 110/110 requires jewels or yur gonna die as your dragon will ignore you 50% of the time. Below 80 vet is jewels or get used to paying high prices to NPC rez a G-Drag. You can go 50 vet and use 2 15 vet jewels saved in your bank. But i perfer the 80 vet.
