Contacts for lost Stratics Accounts

Hello, is there any assistance offered in locating a lost stratics account? I haven't looked into in years. I came back once before and I was told my stratics account was lost in some type of migration and a moderator remade my account once. I'm trying to log-in again, but for the life of me can't remember my user log-in. Is there any assistance offered in locating an old stratics account?
