As an abyss house owner, would you allow runes at the main Rune Libraries (Goodman's, Winterbreeze, etc.? Would you also allow a few house teleporter tiles from prominent player run cities?

I am really not sure what we are doing as far as teleport tiles etc, other than I will have a teleporter to my malas house which is a rune library which does have runes to the major libraries as well as all towns both tram and fel, dungeons, faction areas etc. Additionally if there is anything missing drop a book in my mailbox and I will get the rune put in the library. Goodmans is in the last book of the tmaps (in case anyone was looking for it). Also there are books on the tables with SA areas and an entire section of books to other vendors (ie Lady Tang's Book Store and much much more). I guess I need to recall to all to make sure no one has moved (I have a habit of grabbing runes left laying around and just adding them to the books). So with these homes being linked getting around should not be an issue.
I know that we are going to set up crafting areas if anyone is interested (soulforge, forge, wonder how the mining is down there, etc).
I believe we are going to take the house on friday, talked to Mesanna yesterday, have to get rid of a house first, however now with this title thing not sure I can take the house on a different acct without losing the title (my malas house is on Brandy Rae's acct). Now question is do I have to remove all vendors prior to changing owners?
