Confused about lot category

hi there,

i used to play years ago and some things i just dont remember anymore.

now i build up a welcome lot. the description on stratic for it:

Cannot own: group job objects, DJ booth, dance floor, love beds, casino games, clothing racks, love tubs, crafting tables
Can own: solo job objects, greening objects, costume trunks, etc.

so i bought for a lot of money an easel and it doesnt work. i cant use it.

can pls somebody explain that to me.

Thats one of the things we need to update in the guides. One of the recent changes in the game is that money items only work on money lots. Sorry about the confusion.

so everything i planned about my lot is totally messed up now. i am really sad cause everything i did last days has been for nothing.

Some people keep the money items there just to show to newbies even though they cant use them, another option is to make a money house instead. Lemons to lemonade and all that jazz. Good luck with your house!

Yes, so far they have not changed that.

As a rule of thumb, until we can get all the guides updated, if it still says *TSO*, instead of EA-Land, then it may be information for the old game, not the new one. You can always verify information, you are uncertain of, in the Tips, Tricks &amp; Tactics forum.
