Condemned House

I just recently returned to UO and didnt realize you can only have one house per account. I placed a house on catskills and then on atlantic. Once i realized the house on catskills was condenmed i quickly demolished the one on atlantic. But my house on catskills is still condenmed, is there any way i can make it uncondemned?

Nope - at least, not directly.

The only way to save it is to transfer it to another account, then trade it back to you.

You can demolish it and then wait 15 minutes before re-placing it, sucks if you have lots of stuff inside but better than waiting a week!

Found this one the same way you did... I made a mess.

You can create a free account for 15 days.
Use it to hold the house for you.
then transfer it... (you will need a friend)
