Until the Stygian Abyss expansion, all Slayers spellbooks did double damage to applicable monsters. However, following that expansion, Lesser Slayers do triple damage, and Super Slayers still do double damage.

Ogre, Orc, Troll,
Gargoyle,
Scorpion, Spider, Terathan,

Air Elemental, Blood Elemental, Earth Elemental, Fire Elemental, Poison Elemental, Snow Elemental, Water Elemental.
All Slayer and some Superslayer spellbooks have additional mods.
