Commisioning of the sword

I would like for someone to make me a sword....
I want a gm crafted unmarked katana fortified to 255.
I would like: 50 hit lightning
50 hit lower defence
30 hit lower attack
20 swing speed increase
45 damage increase
If you could make me a weapon like this I would gladly pay what it cost to make.
I have no resources in fact I have nothing but money so icq me and if you can make it I will pay you.

Hey Rob, I ICQed you. DI will have to be either 44 or 46, the significant difference is 2 crystal shards.
