Is this from the EM event when players needed to brew medicine or something in Ter Mur for sick gargoyles?



I am guessing that it is too late to turn it in lol. I kept thinking it was the signed tuition reimbursement form or something from another quest line. I guess I should have looked at it more closely.

What were the rewards from it?

Not an EM event, but yes, brewing medicines for gargoyles.
