Doing the usual post reading and a name hit me... His 3rd post... Corwin of WE2. There were people in this game that PvPing against was actual fun. And yes, im sorry but "Luna" PvP was good memorys for me. So was the many years of changes before that. Green Acres, Orcs, LOTS OF PEOPLE, no resist gains, personal bless deeds, Trinsic being taken over by the Undead and using the smaller bank back wall area when things used to mass curse like mad and fights amongest the monsters would insue, pet mass cursing and GW'ing you, before when reds got GW'd in town, sitting on the bank roof and killing people cause the guards couldn't reach you, trying to get thru Brit when any # of monsters would be there in some crazy story chapter, being able to not be in a faction and go thru the Castle areas, learning about secret passages, blood tiles (gawds... the amount of stuff that would or could get you in trouble including the freaking COLOR), when heavier armor WAS ACTUALLY USED, when whatever land mass was new, when soul stones could only be used once every 24 hours, AND ON AND ON!!!

If you are a VET and just want to come and play, pay the one time monthly and PM me or log into the game and I'll personally do my best to hand you the gold to slap down a house and start playing. This is UO and I know based on the amount of codes out there that YOU CAN EASILY GET AT LEAST ONE MONTH FREE. I'm also willing to bet if someone else took the time, they could easily post a 1 click link to a sight thats somehow offering them (least I hope there is).

I will also take you to vendors that will allow you to start easily without having to look around for starting gear. We also now have a SHARD WIDE communication system thats super easy to turn on and off, including different channels. Soul Stones can be used AS OFTEN AS YOU WANT.

So much new stuff that if your 5 years or older, the game will be kind of a new mystery to figure out. (No... I cannot bring back all the screen shot memorys of yestur-year, but I can hopefully offer a new smile of today).

I can offer you guilds that have 15 or more people logging on per day, all 24 hours. (Please do not give in to the barren landscape ideaoligy).

Theres been at least 3 wipes to make your toon blue again, is that a factor? The game now has "Pardon's" that take murder counts away, Boba Fett can personally attest to making about 100 counts dissappear and making him blue in about a month (yes he payed thru the nose with gold). And for that matter we need more reds!

Use a pardon and lose one murder count. If your red and have 100 counts, then use 96 pardons (not instantly equirable) and your blue.

That's nice of you to offer GK, and somebody out there will probably take you up on it, but I left the game for a reason and it doesn't seem like those reasons have changed.

One thing I'll say on behalf of GK is that outside the bola moongate twinkage - there's something he showed that a lot of far more acclaimed PvP'ers didn't show - and that's tenacity. When a fight was on, he'd keep coming back, and if it meant he had to bring more pets, set up a trap, or bring friends - that's what he'd do.

Too many players got their ego wired in to their 'toon and thought it actually mattered if their character died in the game - and would just give up/log out than try to face a challenge.

Some of my best moments in the game were coming back after a death (or deaths) and eventually/somehow beating the odds and getting my revenge. Heck, sometimes there weren't even pets involved.

Nope. I made that post because I knew you would cry/rant about it and I wanted to see how far you would go. Just like Goodguy, you can say the smallest things and watch them blow up. It's very funny/sad when someone takes a game as personal as you do.

I miss you... I miss everyone that had the balls to keep playing in a true fashion. We had people that justified "cannot be posted" game tactics on tamers or a bola. True players were out there to PLAY and hopefully win. Lame players are the ones that demanded a win or logged if they died. I normally ran solo and enjoyed dying to someone that was GOOD, this way I learned and when they did the SAME thing to kill me again, i turned the tables and dropped them. Lame griefer players where the ones that stood at the bank taunting you after they trash barreled your items and cut your armor up in front of you. If you'll notice, you know what type of person they were based on there posting skills and mostly BY THE GUILD THEY WERE IN.

This Thread is to get all you VET or OLDER players back in the game. The UO game where mostly the people left are working stiffs with outside responcibilities. Where people pay money to play and not 10000000 people on a free shard that has 100000 dueling pits and every last person sits there AFK and untouchable. On a shard where dup'ing is nixed, where gold has value. A shard were your skills decide your gear, and a big mouth with no talent means your toast. Where, if your guild leaves due too your jackass like dealings, your most likely gonna leave too cause no on wants to deal with you. Siege's a COMMUNITY, the tightest on the UO shard list, hands down. If insurance and blessed unbalanced faction gear is your only concern, cause you talk hella smack but get handed the hard side of the stick, maybe Siege isn't for you. Siege = a hella lot more skill needed than ANY barneyland shard.

Please see/PM me if you wanna come and PROVE your the PvP/PvM'er you say you are. I'll do all i can to make your stay a permanate one.

Im still here and playing and paying. I made the needed changes and hung with the game. I didn't move to a insurace or free shard. Im posting on a sight that offers support to a game I play. You???

Stop being mad at the game or whatever your excuse is. Yes you, THE READER. If you have the time to sit down and surf the net then you can take the time to play SIEGE AGAIN. If your conns slow, then start the download before you go to bed. If you bought the disk and you deleted the game and cracked the disk in 2??? Then go to any sight around and download it for FREE.

Please for the love of god stop coming here (to these boards) to hopefully catch something your missing... because you ARE. Come Back To Siege!!!

You Left... You couldn't hang... I could remind you of your nickname... I won't even start about the Vent tales I've heard... You alienated yourself due to your inability to play in a group... Your mouth got everyone so mad that you were always the first target... I mentioned people like you who had egos and logged the sec you died, instead of coming back and learning how to win... Taming required staying on the game and not macroing a skill, again something I heard you ranted about in vent channels... Your ego again is so hurt that you come back to read posts about a game that hurt you deeply because you gave up on it, and it not on you... If you go back and read your posts and threads, you'll notice not once can I find ANYONE agreeing with you, just responces to taunt you more.
