[Tinkering] Colored ingots skill level chart?

So my crafter Robyn can now mine Verite ore. She can smelt it too. I found this information on a chart somewhere. But I can't seem to find a chart on at what level she needs to be in tinkering to craft with these metals. Anyone got one?

Tinker skill follows the same requirements as mining the ore. Tinkering needs to be 65 to use dull copper, 70 for shadow, etc
