General Collector Quest on Baja broken at Gabriel Piete

Start the Collector Quest chain at Elwood in Haven. After several steps you will be sent to Gabriel Piete in Britain (Trammel). Note that Gabriel Piete does not get the "Talk" option, and thus you cannot complete the quest; you are stuck here.

Note that this quest is working properly on TC1. Please delete Baja's Gabriel Piete and replace him with a copy of the TC1 Gabriel Piete.
