Codex of Virtue Lost Upon House Customization

Either this is a bug or I'm blind, but I can't seem to find my Codex of Virtue after entering House Customization. Has anyone else had similar experiences, or experiences to the contrary?

Well I used an ax on mine to replace it somewhere else and had to ax each tile of it and didnt get any deed. oh well, it was ugly anyways.

Hmm..maybe check your moving crate? My ladders always end up in there,

Nope, it's completely gone. Checked every bag in my backpack, checked every bag in the moving crate.

Didn't your mother ever tell you to redeed your items before customizing your home? Hell, new item + house customization always = trouble.

and thats one to grow on....
