They've changed the co-owner rules recently.. but owning a home has no bearing on being able to co-own another home.
You use to only be able to co-own on one home per account, but you can now co-own on multiple homes per account (and own your own home.)

is there somewhere posted why a co-owner cannot actually put up a vendor itself instead of having to use the owner to place a contract and then offer it to the co-owner. Is this something thats possible?
I do not know if this has come up before but makes sense to me to have the same rights to do so.
