Cluttered deck even when it's not ...

I haven't been able to dry dock my ship for two weeks now because of a supposed cluttered deck.
Anything cluttering the deck would long have decayed by now.
How do I get the damn thing on shore?

I paged a GM and one showed up and unbugged it for me. Hurrah!

The only way to get rid of a "cluttered deck" is by GM intervention, or let the boat rot(decay). I chose rot, because for me, it's less frustrating than waiting for a GM to show up to fix the problems they are supposed to fix, plus you get rid of the boat keys which take up lockdowns in your bank box, or house.
