for the sake of posting offers in thread, i was interested in this item but did not post my 200 mil offer because it was under the start price of 250 mil from a few days ago. perhaps he was referring to offers that were in fact above the start. anyway, still have interest in this item, but again, not going to post anything less than 500 as it is now a buyout.
