Try going to ea.com and putting in a ticket there. I don't know if it'll help - it's hard to know where to find help from EA these days - but it's somewhere to start.

Too be quite frank ive had enough of this negativety!!!

I have asked for ingame GM help many times and im guessing 90% if not more they have come to assist within 1 hour...if not much quicker...

What is the problem? Quite often a player with more knowledge can offer a solution.

For example, some bugs can be fixed by changing the foundation.

I have a house consists of 4 floors.

1 and 2, accompanied by the stairs.

3 and 4 - Teleport

The problem arose with the teleports on 3 floors.
From bottom to top - works, but from top to bottom - no

Stairs leading to the 2 floor - I can not pass.
