well good to know someone placed after it decayed.
a GM would move the statue to the plot, and you have to manually lock down the statue each time you want to customize the plot else it will go to the sign.

No anyone who was apart of the core of Europa Traders Market has quit. Only the traders who had vendors and such might continue but I doubt it the way UO is today.
But no doubt its a good plot for Museum or get more plots around there and build a Player Town.
