cloaks of silence Part 2?

I've seen where announcements were made that the cloaks were be given out again by those that were unable to attend the original event - any word on when this will be happening on Atlantic?

seemed like it was at the availability of each EM since the timing seems sporadic on some of the other shards...

It was a couple of nights ago......I just happened to check the councilers hall that evening.....there was a vast mob there.

Dawn opened a gate to a private room. You couldn't mark the spot....Dawn then teleported us, one by one, up to her area. Offered a robe, and we were asked to leave through a gate back to Brit bank.

I lucked out.....
