Don't get confused people. One Eye Jack was the original owner before he sold it to Nails. Nails sold it to Of the Ring so technically this item should be on GL right now. If you are seeing it on other shards right now, then we have a problem

Raz indeed saw it on of The Ring on GL. He has not displayed any of Nails former collection so far except on his paperdoll.
