Cloak Of Shadows/ Drop Bug??

Seems very strange that devs have made an item of clothing 'Cloak Of Shadows' - Elves Only, which is WORN by every single Vanguard, but doesnt fall as loot.

Is this an oversight/Bug, or for a reason that will become apparent soon??

Seems to me if they die, they 'Should' be dropping thier cloaks to someoone, or in their loot, after all, they are wearing them??

Cloaks of Corruption, (Worn by Etheral ShadLords) Drop into BP to top 3 damagers, surely this should apply to vanguards Cloaks??

Just wandering......

Maybe that's what the cloaks & threads from the rift will get turned into. We already know they'll be used to create something else.
