Cloak of Life HPI Issue?

I put on a Cloak of Life and didn't get the +3 Hit Point Increase. I was wondering if this is a known issue, something recent, or just me?

If you have one, could you take a moment to equip it and see if you get a +3 HPI and please post up the results?

I'd prefer a little ammo before waiting 6-10 hours for a GM to tell me there's nothing they can do.

Check and see how much HPI you already have. It is possible that you are already at the cap of 25.

You are probably right, thanks for the quick reply.

I just switched from Tangle to Crimmy on the char and that added HPI might have capped me, I'll look later.
