Found the same for crook, if it faces from upper left to lower right.
I have confirmed that the silver jewelry and both facings of the generic crook are not eligible for Clean Up Britannia points and have submitted a problem report into the system.
Not a bug, but intended or an oversight might be the lack of accepting daily rares like Khaldun hay, Ilshenar broken chair, Umbra meat pie.
As far as the daily rares, I believe that was a conscious decision to not include them in the list and there is no intention of changing that.
