The shipwreck stuff with white letters on the bottom are still obtainable and may be worth a few hundred gold for deco use, nothing really there. The black ingots as you pictured out appear to be coal. On Great lakes they spin around the 500k mark for a pair, so if you have 20.... If there were more pictures in your post, you may want to re-attach them as they seem to not be there.
