What should be obvious, but is not among current staff and players;
1) Those that want a classic UO shard are not those currently working on, nor playing UO. The very last place to get an accurate consensus on something different is from those content with what already exists.
2) To increase business focus on potential customers you are not reaching already. Those that want a classic UO shard do not like what UO and MMOs in general have become. Those not playing want something different.
