When SA came out they were able to be tamed, at a patch sometime later they did in fact make them not tameable. As far as price goes that's tough to say.

They look different enough that if you could find something official saying that existing ones won't be deleted, I would estimate you could get 20m or so. Not sure how many are around.

they said they would let the ones tamed be kept and even made them bondable. just a note: they eat fish.

We can estimate a price until we're blue in the face, but in the end some will pay high amounts for something they really want. Price checks are our best 'educated guesses'.
