City trade benefits

Hello to all governors!

I just had someone in game noting my title, and assuming I'd know about cities and trade benefits and such. While I could answer most of his questions, I only am familiar with Vesper's trade benefit. I looked in the "Chesapeake City Governor Directory" thread to find the other cities, but it's pretty incomplete. I'd guess that having a complete list of which city has which trade agreement would likely be beneficial...

To start it off, from that thread it looks like:

Vesper: +5 SDI
Jhelm: none?
Skara: +5 swing speed

The Chesapeake City Governor Directory has not been updated since the first term, and was never complete to begin with.

Vesper maintains a trade agreement with the Guild of Arcane Arts for 5% spell damage increase, and will do so until there is popular demand for a change or funding dries up.

A note from Sherry Shar - Governor of Jhelom

"Jhelom has run The Maritime Guild deal previously, which is a +2 HP regen. The Governor has posted on the bulletin boards to see if anyone is actually using Jhelom and if so their preference. Jhelom will not pay 2 mill gold per week for non-use."
