It depends on the Governor on which he or the city picks. They can change it once a week after selected. Each week, the treasurey needs 2 million gold to run any of the buffs. LLTS picked SSI for Yew and it has been that buff since it was picked. Semmerset is no funding it after Haliser's gold ran out on the stone. So for another month, or if i am removed before then, Yew will have SSI.
As of July 24th
Skara = SSI
Moonglow = none (no governor curretly)
Minoc = SSI
Jhelom = none, They problay need gold, so they will problay put what majority of the people would want if they help fund it.
Vesper = SSI
Britain = FC1
Trinsic = 5% HCI
Magincia = 5% SDI
Believe it or not, when all this started, we tried to keep different buff on different towns, but funders or people who use the stone, some of them spoken up, while other towns been struggling or trying to ask people what buffs they want.
Don't load a town stone up with gold, there is a (The City Treasury is subject to a daily 5% reduction above 10,000gp to pay for general City Services.)
More gold on the stone, since it is a %, the more it takes away daily. Have to balance it each week, and try to keep them at two million.
