For the citizens of Yew, what Buff buff would you the citizens prefer be chosen? I was thinking Arcane for +5% SDI or Bards for +1 FC. But if another is preferred I will go with the majority vote

Just wondering if someone on Catskills could make a highlighted post with all the city's buffs? Maybe each governor could reply with the buffs.....they have one at the top of Atlantic forum and it is very handy to check
