To add, I wish there was a Tote board of sorts for the Trade Deals, that listed the monies earned per citizen. Titles like Baron/Duke etc, should be available for "selecting" not for purchase, by those studious citizenry that have worked so hard for the cities they inhabit. Us "Peasants" don't need a gold sink purchase, we need a reward for service.

I agree Garth, that is a good idea, doing trade deals, turning in Raiders, donating whatever resources you can/want to. Another way could be tied to Escorts, maybe have all towns have an escort system like Haven, where you can escort folks around town to different locations and earn Rep. (see, now you did it, you made me start thinking . . .)
