How do i get into do travesty.


People keep telling me to see the Sakkari Notary chic but she offers me one and only one quest. I deny it, i accept and quit etc and only get Beaurocratic Something or other quest for the libary.


All my buddies went into travesty and I couldnt enter the dungeon because i couldnt get the quest.

uoguide talks about other npc to let me into the dungeon. Where are they? or how do i get the notary lady to give me the right quest

The notary is the right NPC. You need the quest "Black Order Badges" or Evidence to get inside the Citadel.
