Churchill The Mace Fighting Instructor gone?

When I made my first character on Catskills, I remember seeing Churchill The Mace Fighting Instructor around the other weapon trainers in New Haven.

I started a character on Europa to play with a friend today, and Churchill is nowhere to be found.

Does he appear any other place besides the Warriors Ground in New Haven?

I looked across all 3 floors of the place with a friend, and found every other trainer but Churchill. Here's a pic of the place zoomed out: http://i.imgur.com/kENKd.jpg

Is there another macing instructer around? Maybe they didn't want the Churchill name out there.

Not sure how easily it's replaced, but I was wanting to get the reward for getting Mace Fighting to 50. I would say I have better gear by now, though.
