Seeing the insanity of the 2018 wreaths?

I actually didnt notice the blinking garland of 2017 has all kinds of crazy names connected to them as well.

Did they have rare spawns too?

Like the handpicked around my house, I was shocked to see... would the garland have that sort of thing too?
