What the heck is going on with the GM system lately?
As evidenced by the many issues raised here, you have GM's who have no clue what they are doing, they lack the game knowledge to correctly ascertain an issue and they have no determinable level of customer service skills.
I thought you or someone like you oversaw these people.
When can we expect service levels to rise above the ...well..never mind adjectives. When can we expect something at all?
When EA raised the monthly price, years ago, one of the promises was that we, the players, would see better levels of service. Was this just a lie? Because it sure looks like it right now.
