Choc Ingredients from Ilshenar Shadow Wisps?

I use to go to the Spirituality Shrine "Champ" spawn to gather chocolate ingredients, since it´s easy and fast with the Shadow Wisps.

But yesterday I failed to gain a single one from Paragon SWs.
Anyone else had this? Is something broken/fixed?

I was there yesterday and didn't have any problems getting ingredients.
