I know it may seem silly, but i still have to ask.

Can you use Chiv as a PK(rEd)?

There is no reason why you couldn't. Many of the Chivalry spells are effected by your karma, so they might not work as good as you would like.

Yes, it's Karma based, not color based.

However, only a few things are useful in PvP.

Close Wounds works, of course, but other means of healing are better, and it is karma dependent.
Consecrate weapon will target your opponent's weakest resist, if they aren't all-70s. Duration is karma-dependent.
Cleanse by Fire will cure poisons, but the chance of success is karma dependent.
Remove curse will remove most of the magery & necro curses, and some of the special move continuous effects, but the success chance is karma dependent.
Divine Fury also works as a stamina refiller, but is also affected in its bonus/penalty duration by karma.

Sacred Journey is about the only one not affected by karma.

What doesn't work:
Dispel Evil (only works on monsters, karma dependent)
Enemy of One (only works on monsters, karma dependent)

Limited usefulness
Holy Light is more useful in PvM, and I've heard various reports on what it can do in PvP. Also Karma dependent.
Noble Sacrifice works for what it is designed for, but is literally committing suicide in an active fight, to rez your colleagues (and might accidentally raise enemies)

I know a couple buddies who use Chivalry on their reds.. But for the Karma thing , I've never seen a Glorious or Illustrious red before.. Not really useful information but a random observation really.
