I actually called EA Customer Support (1-866-543-5435) - just wanted to inform them the server was down. After selecting option 2 to speak to a customer representative, I was given a list of games: sims, sports, warhammer, spores... (of course UO is not one of them) and finally "other games". Once I select that, I got busy signal...
Maybe there is a better way to wake up the guy on duty.

He couldn't come to the phone because he was rebooting the server.

i just have this mental image of a poor IT guy plugging in the Chessy server and behind him the LS server powers down.
*bwooooooooot*
(i imagine that the sound it makes when the power leaves it)
so he turns around..... scratches his head and flips the power switch back on for LS.

the Chessy server turns back off.
so then he would do as any of us would do in the same situation.... toggle the switches on and off at least 30 times....... just to make sure.

makes me giggle like a little school girl thinking of that happening.
course.... then he's gonna have to call Istambull or Calcutta to get some IT help for that.... so thats not gonna be fun for him.
