Lord Gareth Wins Chesapeake Fairgrounds Design Competition!

Extending his repetiore as possibly the shards foremost genius in the realm of design, Gareth once again has come up with a truly great design for the shards new fairgrounds outside of Luna. His rendention beat out the lone other entry to win and once implemented, will be the second design attributed to him as he also won the recent West Britain Bank contest as well! Hats off to Lord Gareth on his stellar design as we all look forward to its construction!
