Town of Gyldenfeld-


Information:
The town of Gyldenfeld was founded July 23, 2004 as a community had taken root around the Red Wolf Cafe in the preceding year. Gyldenfeld is a very relaxed community with few rules and it's residents have reportedly been known to RP, especially after a few too many drinks. All are welcome in the town and leaving fresh fish in someone's front yard as a gift is a popular local custom. Gyldenfeld is located at the Britain/Skara Brae crossroads just west of Britain in Trammel.

Village Policy:
Kijustsu Anei maintains an "Open Door Policy" welcoming anyone wishing to
be a positive addition to the village and its community. Kijustsu Anei is

PaxLair is a Statehood of several cities: PaxLair City, Dragons Watch, and PaxOku. PaxLair started as one of the first player towns on Felucca, Chesapeake created by the guild The Band (TB). PaxLair is no longer a single town and the original town was renamed to "PaxLair City". PaxLair is open to all where many citizen-guilds and citizens have a variety of interests to include PvP combat, commercial ventures, adventure PvM, events, housing, government service, community development and interaction, diplomacy, news reporting, and quests.

The Settlement of Tel'Ruin has henceforth been approved by the high Dragoni Church, from this day the settlement shall be organised and officated over by a civilian govenment, advised by the Church.

The Warriors of Gods, these are the military might of the settlement and the last thing heretics ever see...

Praetor, Magistrate and Guild Senator come under this banner as do the Clerks of the Settlement

Town Watch
The Law of the land is guarded and upheald by these men in black and red.

The Blue Goblin Inn
Need a drink? Then visit Tel'Ruin's own Blue Goblin Inn. Just becareful of the barfights.

Crafters Guild
Only Crafters within the Crafters Guild can sell thier wares on the streets of Tel'Ruin.

Thieves Guild
The underworld begins with the Thieves Guild. Not exactly accepted by the Govenment but more ignored for they have thier uses.

Seamstress Guild
Many a cold night a warrior seeks the warmth of the female form. Only those within the Seamstress Guild is permitted to offer thier bodies for gold.

Town folk
The ruck and rabble of the Town, anyone not within the other sub-groups are in here!

Villian
Those whom break the law are hunted and punished. Those whom are yet to be caught or have a record longer than your arm are the villians in Tel'ruin


It is accepted that the full Dragoni Law is not viable currently thus While within this land, the secular Dragoni Law is as follows:

Codex of Holy Law

General Laws
- The Dragoni Emissary shall be referred to as 'Mistress' or 'Emissary'
- The Praetor of Tel'Ruin shall be addressed as "Sir" at all times.
- All Folk bow when greeting the Emissary.
- Templars and Officals always wear thier colours with pride.
- Templars & Town Watch are to salute superiors, and properly address them.
- Templars must equip thier Dress weapon while on home soil.
- Town Watch are forbidden to drink while on duty.
- Tithes are to be paid yearly

Ethics Laws
- Folk should treat Templars & Officals with decency and respect. Failure will result in punishment depending on the level of disrespect shown.
- Folk should be wary that an assault on Priests & Officals is punishable by either being sent to the workshops or, in some cases, death.
- Wytchcraft is not tolerated and wytches shall be dealt with by the Church.
- All members of the Crafter's, Thieves & Seamstress's Guilds are to be registered with the applicable Guild Leader.
- Any attack made upon the Emissary is considered Heresy in its highest form and is punishable by death without trial.
- Theft is punishable by a severe fine.
- The covering of heads by men, wearing cloaks by women or anyone weilding arms within the Temple (Except Templars) is punishable by a public flogging.
- Public disagreement of the ethics, laws, faith or Emissary is punishable as heresy towards the faith.

Law of Sanctuary
Any soul can seek sanctuary as long as they are not from a forbidden kin.
Any soul seeking sanctuary must have thier sins forgiven by the act of dedication.
Any soul seeking sanctuary must serve the church for a period of not less than one year per sin forgiven.
Any failure to adhere to the law of Sanctuary will result in the execution of the failee
Upon the completion of thier dedication, the soul is free to leave and lead a wholesome life.

Boundry Laws
Town Watch & Templari are permitted to uphold the Dragoni law upon the home soil of Tel'Ruin.
Home soil of the Dragoni relates to all buildings and visual range of the front steps and 8 squares around each Tel'Ruin Building.
Templars & the Town Watch will invoke the right of persuit if a crime is committed upon home soil and shall chase the criminal over others lands.

The Following races are forbidden from entering Tel'Ruin's home soils: Orcs, Undead or beastmen. Those that trespass shall be executed without warning.

OOC Stuff:

Folk of Tel'ruin [FoTR] is a RP guild whose origins are from the Europa Shard. While our rules are not as strict as CoRE on Europa we do still have a set series of guidlines which can be found below:

Code of Conduct

- Stay in character whenever role-playing or in a role play area. Keep OOC talk to party/guildchat.

- Guild tags must be visible at all times.

- No OOC profanity or insulting of other players.

- If there is any complaint, grievance, or other issue with a player then speak to a senior member of [FoTR].

- Only steal from YELLOW bags or a max of 500 gold/Bandies. Other exceptions apply when the item is a IC Quest item. Such items are normally named.

- Senior Members of the Guild have the option to boot anyone within the guild for not following these guidelines or in the majority view are causing grief to other players. We are a friendly guild whom wishes to expand the community, not destroy it.

Rules of Engagement – PVP specific rules

- If knocked unconscious or killed, do not continue to fight or otherwise take part in any ongoing battles (eg healing others) for 10 minutes, during which time a deathrobe must be worn.* RPing injured (walking and talking) is permitted.

- Do not force players to PvP, always give alternative options (running away, being taken prisoner, etc). In all cases, ensure players are not AFK or disconnected before attacking.

If you wish to join the Guild then we will welcome you with open arms! However that being said and as noted above we are community minded. We will often run various community events (House Drops, Auctions etc) and becuase of this we sometimes ask for some help. This could be as liitle as a couple of items or up to helping organise and promote our events. If this is for you then please by all means speak to a member of the Guild whom will point you towards a senior member. All you need to join is have a character with a sensible name (A character called LEETzor isnt acceptable lol) have a small write up about your character and have an idea what direction you'ld like your character to go. If you have never RP'd before (Roleplayed) thats fine also! We will encourage you to learn and help you in anyway we can!

The Kaar Barashalu Orc Clan [Orc] is feared by humans and elves across the Realm. They eat horsie stew and love to tangle with the locals. Stay upwind though. They may be able to smell you, but you don't want to smell them. Kaar Barashalu is a very old Orc clan led by Ga'kuct. When you talk to an orc, you best bring your orc translation book.

Tonkaweya Tribe-

Leader: Niva The Savage

Description:
The Tonkaweya Tribe is based in Kijustsu Anei Village. There was inter-tribal fighting among the Savage Tribe near the Compassion Shrine in Ilshenar once the leader passed. One half of the tribe wanted one Savage to be the new leader, while the other half wanted another Savage to be the new leader. They battled each other in an attempt to put their chosen leader in place.

Unfortunately for the side Niva the Savage choose, the other side allied with the golems and controllers of the land. Needless to say, her side was outnumbered and forced to leave Ilshenar. They wondered the lands until they found Kijustsu Anei Village and placed a fort in the village. Tonkeweya Tribe continues to look for other lost Savages and welcomes them into the Tribe, such as Sinthe and Sinhi who were forced from the old tribe before the leader died.

The Tonkaweya Tribe is a pure Roleplay guild/Tribe only.

The rules are simple but strict. Anyone not wishing to follow the guidelines and rules will not be accepted into the Tribe.

(Please note we will give 150% to work with you on outfits and how to roleplay. If you show us the will to learn we wont turn you away. The Tribe is not an elite Rp group but they do have restrictions.)

(Mages and Necromancers are the highest and smartest Tribe members. Our Savages believe they know all since they can move objects and shoot fire from their hands. Below them are the strongest warriors, then the weak, then the workers and the Slave is the lowest.)

All mounts should be put in the stables once you enter the Fort. Failure to do so will result in a smack from a savage. Mounts may be used inside of the fort if in battle.

The Orc stew is for everyone. Please eat sometimes for your savage will get hungry.

Non-Savage Visitors​

Example: Winfield, Angelica, Neira, Bam Bam, Mirt etc etc

Are welcome to enter the fort unless told other wise. Anyone* visiting the fort will not be attacked. Savages may become hostile should you purposely offend them or threaten them in anyway. Should a savage ask you to leave you may battle them to stay if you wish.

*Any orc will be attacked should they enter the Savage Fort.
*Anyone who is at the time an enemy of the Savages will be attacked should they enter the Savage Fort.

(Should John Duke throw snowballs at the savages from outside the fort they will come and Kill him.)

Ka-Har!​

-Ka-Har! may be initiated between Savages.

-Permission must be given for a savage to initiate Ka-Har! with someone who is not a Savage.

-Anyone may initiate Ka-Har! with a savage without warning.

Ka-Har! is yelled when one savage wants something another savage or person has.

The only way you may yell Ka-Har! is if they are showing off the item.

You may beat the savage to death. If the Savage runs off screen they are considered the loser. Whichever Savage wins will be given the item. No one may Challenge for the item if it was already battled over.

(Items battled over can only be "Worthless Items")

Arg'nath Og'nar-

Description:
The Arg'nath Og'nar orc clan came from the outer reaches of the continent of Britannia with their clan chief, Saraugug in search for gold (shiniez), women (feo-orkiez), gems (jemz), Blood (bluud), and tribute for their god (da warbozz). They originally came to the village to retrieve one of their
feo-orkies, sue'tunk who is currently being held captive by the blue guard but once they saw the wealth and ebilness of the land they decided this was thee place to set up their fort. One they moved in the noticed that savages practically ran the lands and the orcs decided that this needed to stop so they declared war on the savages thus all of the fighting between the two.

Clan Ranks

Uruk- any orc who might not want a ranked title.
Globo- the lowest rank of an orcish warrior.
UnUruk- equivalent of an orcish captain.
Uruk Durbo- clan chief.
Sharku Cirith- elder or wise one of the clan.

Language
Normally the orcs would speak in orcish but for explaining it would be a bit a bit hard to understand and takes a bit of time to learn but its not too hard.

Orcs of the Arg'nath Og'nar clan speak english orcish which is english just... kind of messed up but semi-readable. though there are a few words that aren't english and purely orcish that orcs say. an example of some of these orcish words said would be clomp (to kill), bubhosh (very good), karn (red), peep or peepirz (to see or eyes), lat (you), ilid (elf), gruk (think or know), mojo (magic), whompr (weapon), ash (one), dub (two). Thats just an example of a few orcish words. There are a few more and you will learn them over time. For those of you who are unsure how to speak like an orc don't worry.. just remember there are allot of u's and z's. I will give you a few examples of what an orc might say. "Lat stynkz lyk ilidz" (you stink like elves), "Saraug haz mangee feo-orkiez en hiz bed eberee nyt" (Saraugug has many female orcs in his bed every night). Don't worry if people cant understand you. Maybe try to hint with different words while staying in character but try not to get out of character while trying to explain as its more fun and mysterious when you stay in character and people are trying to figure you out.

Orcish Outfits



As you can see orcs can dress differently from one another. females tend to be pretty simple by wearing a skirt and a few pieces or armor. It could go either way though. a male orc would normally wear armor of some sort and as you can see they can wear clothes over their armor. The main thing to remember when role playing an orc is to wear the orc mask. The color doesn't matter. Green or tan. Its always nice for an orc to hold a weapon as they love to clomp. With all that said orcs are pretty easy to dress so just have fun with it.

1.All members are expected to act in cooperation of all others. There may be times that you will be asked to step away from your personal tasks in order to assist a member of our guild. When this happens, it is expected that you do so with a smile on your face. A negative attitude will not be looked upon fondly, and will be remembered when you are in need of our help.
2.Act in an honorable manner at all times. This sanctuary is open to all races and classes, but only those of an honorable nature. If your idea of fun is exploiting game play, harassing members of this house or the public, or otherwise acting in a way that goes against our Code of Conduct, then perhaps this isn't the place for you.
3.Respect begets respect. Under no circumstances is anyone allowed to act in a disrespectful manner to anyone else in the sanctuary. People get upset and personalities don't always gel. That's to be expected. However, there are more appropriate ways to handle these situations than being disrespectful. If a situation cannot be handled by the members in question, it will pass on to the guild leader for mediation. If, after the mediation, the situation continues, a cooling-off period may be instilled. If it continues after that, the offending party will be shown the front door.
4.Roleplay is preferred. It is our hope to maintain the integrity of S@GE through taking on the characters we have created. However, we understand that there are times for roleplay and times when we do not feel like roleplaying. Therefore, we will not enforce a strict code of how you should speak in guild chat or other open channels. 5.Family and real life comes first. In S@GE, we recognize and respect that there is a life outside of this realm. Because of this we have fairly flexible attendance requirements. It had been two years since Drake Foxx had been sent to this post. Lt. Commander Foxx had been dispatched to guard the newly formed town of Haven against whatever vile and disgusting evil had descended to occupy the area that held the moniker former. In any case Lt. Commander Foxx was there to serve. There to protect. (Click Spoiler for Full)

Drake Foxx swallowed deeply from the flask that lay within in his breastplate. Had his superior officer been present at the time his behavior would’ve most certainly been frowned upon. Considering he hadn’t heard from central command in over six months and that he’d been left at this post without update for nearly two years, he thought nothing of it as he swallowed deeply the intoxicating liquid contained within.

He gulped down the remaining contents of the flask with a biting satisfaction. Foxx’s eyes fixated on the horizon. The world had begun to spin. By this point he was uncertain as to whether the changing horizon was the result of the liquor he’d been consuming for so long, or to the evil magics this place was subject to. He watched as the sun slowly descended upon the horizon. He felt the burden of his gilded plate mail gain on his weary legs. He slumped slowly against the wall behind him. His head tilted back and his eyelids felt heavy. He slowly drifted into the land of nod…

“Father no!” Drake Foxx yelled as he watched his father lunge in front of the arrow. The arrow pierced the man’s chest with silent slice. Blood immediately began to gush from the wound. Drake fell to his knees…he wept.

Drake’s mind spun deeper into reminiscence.

“Front and center maggot! Ye think ye are guard material?!” The blow of his instructors fist into his gut was enough to bring Drake to his knees. He coughed hard.
“Get up! Get on your feet!” I’ll make a guard out of you yet!

The liquor held its cruel embrace on Foxx’s mind. The events of his past swirled still.

Drake Foxx dug the heel of his boot deep into the ribs of his steed. With the sudden burst of speed he felt the wind blow hard on his face. Time was not on the side of the woman he transported. How could this have happened? Was his love not pure and complete? Surely the healers would be able to save her…

Drake’s closed eyes twitched slightly, his mouth slump a little in its place as his mind relived his most painful memory.

She was so still, so beautiful. How did it end like this? Was evil destined to rule this realm? He watched as her body was set to lie in its final place. Tears dripped of his quivering cheek. The pain was too great. He turned away from the grave and walked off, halberd in hand, destined to seek an end to this madness…

He felt his body shake. He could hear his armor clang.

“GUARD! GUARD! That man stole from me! Pursue him at once! GUARD! GUARD”

Kendrick Morrow sat back in the ornate stone chair that decorated his study. A blue-gray smoke from the brazier to his left rose playfully into the air. He added more reagents to the smoldering heap and watched as a miniature fiery steed danced off and out the window. A fine trick he thought, worthy of his next act. He lay his quill down, looked out the window once again, taking note this time of its charred frame. It was unlike Kendrick to misdirect a simple energy bolt, especially when the target had trespassed into his villa. Kendrick thought some more, staring at the darkened timbers. How could his villa have been infiltrated in the first place? Surely he’d set enough magical traps to snare even the most learned of rogues. His usual intuitive smirk fell to a grimace marked by disappointment. Kendrick Morrow had long been a collector of items of unusual and more often than not, powerful origin. His eyes turned to the empty stand that once held his latest acquisition. A shadowy crystal which emitted an eerie and velvety darkness into the room had rested in that stand only nights before. Now it was gone. He held little faith that the Guards would apprehend him. This rogue was smart, skilled, and knew exactly what he’d come for. Kendrick’s eyes narrowed. This was an inside job for sure. But who was close enough to know the secrets of his villa? He’d set charms and traps on nearly every entrance and window. There were shifting halls and vanishing staircases. He would have to reexamine each of them another time.
Kendrick tightened his cloak and set out to the venue where he’d thrill audiences as he twisted the will of the arcane arts for the entertainment of those able to afford the lavish expense of a ticket. As Kendrick walked the familiar streets to the venue he was met with many a greeting. Kendrick Morrow was easily recognized. Few could afford to wear clothing made entirely of golden thread. As he continued down the cobblestones he thought back to the path which lead him to his current life as an entertainer. Who’d of thought a hardened battle mage would find such pleasure in dazzling audiences with mere parlor tricks. Kendrick smiled to himself and shook his head a bit; fully knowing the price his audiences paid to see him perform such simple magics was justification enough for what he considered such ignoble magery. He reached the hall, already he could hear the audience bustling inside. A booming voice came from inside the hall, “Now, without further ado The Royal Performing Arts Society presents Kendrick Morrow the Magician!”

Kendrick smirked. He'd already tallied the attendance and could even now envision the hefty sum he would receive following his act. With a slight tipping of his head, he teleported into the hall with a thunderous crack of lightning and put on his show. Even as he executed the carefully thought out and rehearsed performance, his thoughts couldn't help but wander to the thief. With these thoughts in his head, a bit of true mirth crept into the false performer's smile he wore. The thief would quickly learn that his magic was not all parlor tricks...

After the citizens rescued Jessica Franklin was assigned to protect her. Jessica fell in love with Franklin and on the wedding day Temptress appeared and killed both Jessica and Franklin Jessica's soul roamed around looking for a healer to resurrect her, as time went on her ghost would appear and last a few seconds. With her wondering around her ghost appeared less and less as her soul got weaker and weaker. Soon after Temptress was killed fighting the Platinum Dragons, Jessica was able to get her soul resurrected and with the help of EM Vladimere has been hiding

Temptress was a common citizen who was orphaned at an early age (4) and grew up in a foster home near Vesper. She commissioned the thief to steal Jessica's diary when she had suspicion that she was not the only child and had a sister but was not sure if it was Jessica.The thief had ripped the diary into pieces after he tried to extort more gold from Temptress.
Temptress never got to see the whole diary, just a couple pages telling of the people who grew up around Jessica Temptress was Jessica's older sister but neither knew of each other as they both grew up in different foster homes Temptress was 2 years older the Jessica Temptress was scorned when Franklin left her at the alter Temptress learned the evil spells of Necromancy and welded that power stronger then anyone ever had. She would stand above her victims after they was killed and she would steal the soul as it left the body She was scorned enough to vow to kill Franklin and his bride to be. Temptress wreaked havoc on the citizens of Luna for their part in helping Jessica. Temptress was killed the night the Platinum and Crimson Dragons fought. Temptress tried to get their prior to the fight to destroy the Platinum Dragons but lost

Welcome to the Crafters Society page. The guild was founded as a pure crafters guild by Oda Nobunga, Lady Angelica and Taurik. The guild expanded beyond just one community and opened its doors to all people on the shard. The crafters society works to help train, craft and learn new things together. This is not a normal guild with attendance and outings. The crafters guild is here mostly for communication between all crafter professions.

The guild offers a crafters hall located next to the Homare-Jima
Moongate. We offer chests for members and non members to store
resources in to train at the hall. Your character will be co-owned.
You will secure a lockable wooden chest and set security to owner
only. After that you will be friended to the house and removed as
a co-owner. This makes it so any of your characters on the account
can access the chest and only the owner of the house. Who can be
locked out of the box by using the key supplied to lock it. We are also

Our guild is dedicated to helping others explore all that is good with Ultima Online. We do this through fellowship, training and assistance. Our rank structure and rules are geared to freedom, mutual respect and enjoyable gaming.

Ranks: Our guild has two ranks, those in training and mentors. Those in training are not full members. Only full members are required to take on any administrative or organizational tasks. Once a training member has completed their self appointed short term goals they are free to move on to another guild or seek full membership. Our goal is to be a stepping stone for new and returning players. Mentors are full members and are required to share guild maintenance with other mentors. Mentors are expected to embrace the good aspects of UO and not participate in disrespectful gaming.

Role-play: TIPS is not a role-play guild but we do encourage it in those who want to participate. Not being a RP guild keeps us open to help other guilds in their role-play activities. If one of our members is not sure what type of RP fits their style, they can “try on” different styles. One day they can hang out with some pirates and the next day see what being a savage is like.

Rules: Our rules are simple and few. Mutual respect. Do not negatively affect the gaming of others. In other words, be nice.

The Grinch Who Stole Goblins

Frost Trolls have been spotted this week in the city of Luna. Many wondered
why they have come to the Paladin city. Were they lost? Did they seek diplomatic
relations with the city? It was neither of those. They came for one thing and
that was ice cream! Lady CharGar sent out messages informing us of the current
situation. Throughout the week we were able to piece together more information.




The trolls began to send in wave after wave of attacks trying to get to the
Ice cream. citizens helped the Goblins defend the Ice cream area. During
the attacks the trolls changed their tactics, knowing full well the Goblins
defense force was to strong. They began kidnapping the Goblins one by
one thus weakening the defense line.



Pillow pants was taken 1st by a large troll. Once Pillow pants was out of
the way other trolls came in and started to attack the Goblins. Ozog was
knocked unconscious. While unconscious the large troll once again came
back and took Ido.

A ransom message was received demanding the Ice creams be handed over
or the Goblins would killed. No rescue attempts should be made by hummies
or pointy ears. Later that night Ido ran quickly into the Luna bank. She
claimed she escaped her captors. She was able to hear Pillow Pants crying
but could not see her. Ido went on to explain her experience as scary and
painful. Trolls tied her ears in knots and hung from them. After hearing the
aweful treatment of the Goblins search parties went out. Goblins were
unable to find Pillow any where. Even savages found no tracks. Many
other like Yoshi searched and searched but came up with nothing.



Judge Judy ordered guard protection for the Goblins. They were to afraid to
return back to the Cave. They slept underneath the table at the Luna bank.
A good choice indeed for the Goblin cave was ransacked that night.

The next morning the Bank Detective came and informed everyone they
found Pillow and are going to rescue here from the Troll's secrete cave. The
rescue operation went under way and awhile later a mysterious blue gate
opened in the bank. Pillow pants appeared and limped his way over to her
fellow Goblins. Pillow's poor little ears were also tied in and knots.



Em Vladimere came to see if all was ok. Once the Goblins were together they returned
to their cave in the Pitmuck settlement, located on Horseshoe island. All are glade to
see the Goblins made it back alive and that Goblin's Ice cream is safe for now.

Caravan
11-15-09

Commander Foxx returned to his Britain office. The wind rustled the hedges outside the stone building as he walked through the archway. He stripped off the blood soaked armor and set it within a chest. He looked upon his office chair with a reserved comfort. Foxx let the weight of his body overcome him as he sat down with a gentle thud. He shuffled the collected documents to find a blank piece of parchment. Foxx set it out in front of him, dipped the quill before him in a well of ink, and began to write,

Your Majesty,

As requested I write to inform you of the status of the caravans. Friday's caravan left the Warrior's guild with the ordered supplies. Light resistance was initially encountered, however those citizens under my command dispatched most threats with great swiftness. Unfortunately it seems the brigand Scarlet Von Trinsic, with the assistance of her lackeys, plotted an escape whilst en route to the Court of Truth in Yew. She is now at large. I have already taken steps to ensure she is at the top of Britannia's Most Wanted. Rest assured Highness, she will be apprehended. Scattered remnants of The King's Own plagued our journey, lead by Alodar Salafna. Twas not long before the vile Salafna showed himself. I am happy to report he is no longer a concern to the Crown. The Feluccan caravan left under heavy guard. I must admit I had little hope the caravan would survive the onslaught of the murderous Feluccan citizenry...they proved ineffective this eve however. The journey was not without ambush, though. In the end the caravan reached did reach Trinsic. The Brigand Scarlet Von Trinsic appeared and with great excitement proclaimed she'd set explosion traps within those equines who carried the burden. The only action was to slay them in an attempt to save the supply. With hesitation the escort dispatched the equines and thankfully most of the supplies were recovered. I've reports the supplies that reached Magincia will provide aid, but we cannot tell how long the evils there may be kept at bay. Lord Casca is dead, as is his lieutenant Alodar Salafna. We must focus on Von Trinsic now. She is the greatest threat to our prosperity and to the Crown. She will be apprehended. This I can assure.

Commander Foxx ended the final sentence of his correspondence with a striking period from the quill. He dripped sealing wax on the scroll and sent it off to the Castle with his errant. He leaned back in his chair...thinking only of Scarlet Von Trinsic and what horror she may bring to the realm.
