on atlantic they sell more for 15, but i've also seen them for sale for 25 (not sure if they actually sell for that tho). i don't know what a fair price on oceania would be...
at least on atlantic you'd have many people interested to buy it and it would sell pretty fast. might take longer on oceania since the population is less.
