#1 has no EP hci or dci so it won't fetch a high price, probably nothing at all honestly unless it's for a weird whammy template.. 1-5m

#2 even though it has a lot of skill points they don't mesh well, again unless someone specifically has some strange templates they've built probably not much...

Gargoyle jewls don't seem to sell very well in my experience as it is unless they are extremely top tier. Gargoyles have more limitation what they can wear considering they don't have as many skill Increase items at their disposal..just keep hunting you'll get lucky soon enough
