I think Petra is looking for her own legacy, and in order to do that she must find her own spot and not take over an already legendary shop or spot. The moonglow gate is perfect, the customers can shop right there at the moongate without interference from reds, and she will breathe life back into moonglow.

Also in the top right corner it will say notifications and be flashing at you. Click on that and a little page scrolls down and click on view unread message.
