Cheap/Newbie LRC pieces ?

Returned to UO a few days ago by creating a new trial account , logged in and got greated by a realy nice chap from HLP , cant remember the name tho , however he gave me a sweet suit of LRC , but i lost 2 pieces today due to lag and some brigards :/ so now im lookin for 1 chest and 1 sleeves for a decent price for a newbie without cash - need to boost my lrc with bout 11-12% to get it up to 100 again on 2 pieces - anyone out there that could point me to a decent vendor?


Tried to look on all old vendor spots i could remember , but alot have changed the past years.
