[OOC: Thank you. Though I had no direct influence into the creation of this Charter; I did serve the Council (through time, effort, and thought), & offered suggestions via the Councillor to whom I am assisting. I was very careful to not speak during the meetings, unless spoken to; take in-game notes, and save my comments until after the meeting was officially finished. We spent a lot of time, effort, and thought on this Charter; so I am perplexed as to why it has gotten so many "nays". The people had several opportunities to offer feedback (both in-game and on these forums). Instead of being silently disgruntled, voice your thoughts & opinions; unless you are intentionally wanting to be a thorn in the lion's paw for no other reason than to grief. How are we suppose to know what the people want us to do if the people do not tell us how they feel? I am not one to give up but I am at a loss with this one and know not what to do. What do the people of Britannia want?]
[IC: Claudia believes that the people of Britannia want a monarch, good or bad, because that is all that they have lived under and know. They are comfortable being told what to do.]
