Character Transfer not via Token anymore?

I saw a lot of these tokens on other vendors and decided to sell one too but on the UO Gamecodes page it says "Character Transfer Code" - no mentioning of a Token like i.e. "Name Change Token Code". Does the tranfer now take place directly through the code? Can't the Tokens be purchased anymore?

when you buy a name change or character transfer through the UO Gamecodes store, they send you an email with a code. Then you copy/paste the code into UO (via the Help/Enter Promo Code feature) and the token pops into your backpack

I'm acquinted with the process of buying and redeeming codes but I read some stories about Char Transfer issues in UHall and thought it was possibly changed in any way. I want the Tokens only for selling purpose so I needed a confirmation that this particular Tokens will still actually appear. I don't want to find myself beaming through Sosarian space just after entering the codes.
