Character Transfer Failure

One of the Rare Collectors transferred a character over to Chesapeake from Formosa when the shard wouldn't let anyone log on. Its been over five hours and the character is not on the Chesapeake shard or the Formosa shard. From what he said their GM service is closed so I told him to page on the Chesapeake shard. Wasn't sure if he should page the GMs on the Formosa Shard or the GMs on the Chesapeake Shard.

Should be good now...transfered a character from Atlantic to Chessy a couple of days ago without any issues
