A friend of mine just purchased a new, SA entitled account. He can only make 5 characters (per shard). Is 5 characters the standard for an SA account? If not, how does he get his 6th character slot?
I know a while back (one of the previous expansions) included a 6th character slot, but I was under the impression that it was standard now (I don't know why I think that...). If he were to upgrade with the 7th character slot, would he get to make 7 or 6 (+1 character)?
