Can you change your character skin color - I only see changes allowed for hair style and face type but not for skin color?

Character Skin Color

The only way I can think of is to 'round-trip' the human-elf and elf-human quests. There are body types you can change to, I think, if you bought the right anniversary copy. I don't remember which, 9th? They're more RP though, pirate, meer etc.
Yup, do the quest to change to elf/human and change back. Free hair restyle too. You may lose any special hairdye that you have applied though.
Body sculpting is currently free, even the special forms like meer etc. But you need the kr/sa client.
