Does anyone know if using one of these removes a character's ban from other players shops/houses?

But no, I don't think so. I believe if you ban one character the entire account is banned from the house.

Yeah, it is interesting though that when i transfer a character off a shard and then back that their security is reset on the other houses i own on different accounts and i have to re-access them.
