Character age for house placement/transfer

is now limited to 15 days. The reason, why this has been done by character age and not by account age, has been given with technical difficulties.

But I wonder, why it is not too difficult to check the account age for the +5 Stat bonus (which every char gets, if the account is 6 month active, usually at one of the first logins after creation).
Should be relatively trivial, to add this property to the age check for house placement as well. So at least any more than 6 month old account would have no problem, after a very few logins to place or take over an house also with a new character.

Reduces penalties for active players while keeping the abuse of trial accounts still down.

Where this really burns you is when you are planning on transfering shards because your new character can't place for 15 days which is a tad harsh. It should have either been done by account age or never had been done at all. They put in at least 3 ways to harm idoc scripters to prevent them from placing and this was an unnecessary one.
