Char copy down?

I've not been able to copy any chars to TC1 for about a week now.

Did I miss some notes or something about it being disabled?

This is really unacceptable. Test center is supposed to be up all the time for testing characters / templates. It hasnt been until relatively recently that it seems the only time you can actually copy to test is when theres a different publish on it than on production shards.

I know it's normally not working when some shards are on a different publish but aren't they all on the most recent one now?

it's quite possible that TC is older than the other shards...
